Robert Searle, Founder & Lead Solution Provider In the more than 20 years that Robert has been in the IT industry, he has acquired a broad spectrum of development and business experience. His first endeavor was at a time when the internet was still in its infancy as CTO for a startup ISP in Ellensburg, Washington that eventually merged with Webley Systems in Chicago. He was co-owner of LeaderChip & LC2Core here in Venice, Florida where he was instrumental in their success for over seven years.
Robert loves a challenge and has written several niche applications that provide clients with features customized to their needs, where commercial off-the-shelf products don’t exist. He is also Mirth Certified and has extensive HL7 interface experience.
When he isn’t coding or researching the newest technologies, he enjoys spending his free time scuba diving, boating, fishing and participating in the occasional MMORPG.
His diverse experience provides him with the unique ability to assess clients’ needs and to effectively match them to the appropriate technological solution in smart innovative ways. |

Evy Putnam, Office Manager Evy has spent the past 20 years in Administrative Management with the majority of her experience being in the Retail, Non-Profit, and Service Industries. She is our voice on the phone, the “Reply To” on emails and the “Attention To” on the faxes and no matter what we throw at her, she loves every minute of it! She has always considered Venice/Sarasota her home as this is where her family spent every winter. She loves the beach, is an avid computer gamer and her Chihuahua, Diablo, is her heart. She looks forward to working with you! |

Michael Frank, Graphic Designer Mike brings a wealth of experience in fine arts, mechanical design, professional music, video production, and graphic design to the creative table. Mike and Robert have worked well together for several years and they have yet to be approached by a project they cannot handle.
